14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At My Wild Honey UK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear, and beauty products are non-returnable.

• Sale or discounted items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only (unless faulty).

2. How to Return or Exchange

• Email us at support@mywildhoneyuk.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

• Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or in error.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or receive a store credit/refund.
